Certification Introduction

Vietnam CR mark certification is a safety certification controlled by the Vietnam Directorate for Standards, Metrology and Quality (STAMEQ). STAMEQ appointed the Vietnam Quality Certification Center QUACERT as the issuing agency to issue CR mark certificates and the Vietnam Quality Testing Center QUATEST to perform testing of electrical and electronic products. In 1996, STAMEQ issued and implemented the Product Certification system, which stipulates that all electrical and electronic products within the scope of CR mark certification must pass product testing and factory inspection before entering the Vietnamese market to obtain the CR mark certificate and affix the CR mark.

Product Scope

Decision 21/2009/QD-BKHCN stipulates that 13 products are mandatory from June 1, 2010: 1.

Application process

1. Customer submits application documents and samples to Waltek.

2. Waltek will review the documents and send the samples to the lab for testing.

3. At the same time of testing, the designated inspection agency will start factory inspection and issue factory inspection report.

4. The issuing organization evaluates the test report and the factory inspection report and issues the CR certificate.

Energy Label

Certification Introduction

Vietnam Energy Efficiency Mark Certification is a mandatory certification promulgated and implemented by the Vietnam Ministry of Industry, Commerce and Trade (MOIT). In 2006, the Vietnamese government promulgated 79/2006/QD-TTg, deciding to implement the Vietnam National Energy Efficiency Program (VNEEP). Based on this plan, the Vietnamese government promulgated 51/2011/QD-TTg in 2011, which stipulates that starting from July 1, 2013, all products within the scope of Vietnam's energy efficiency certification control must pass product testing to obtain energy efficiency certificates and affix the energy efficiency mark (as shown below) before they can be circulated in the Vietnamese market.

Product Scope

The products subject to mandatory energy efficiency certification include: air conditioners, refrigerators, washing machines, rice cookers, fans, TV sets, fluorescent lamps, fluorescent lamp ballasts, heat accumulators, solar water heaters and 20 other products.

Application process

1、Customer prepare samples and information, and submit the application to Waltek

2、Waltek submits the samples to the laboratory for testing

3. The issuing agency will review the test report and issue the energy efficiency certificate after the audit is approved.

MIC Wireless Certification

Certification Introduction

The Ministry of Information and Communications of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam (MIC) is the competent authority for wireless communication certification in Vietnam.MIC certification is for information technology equipment and communication equipment electromagnetic interference certification requirements, control products Must meet the requirements of the relevant QCVN / TCN standards. MIC certificate must be held by local company, if local agent, we can provide agent service.
