Catering industry oil smoke monitoring
"Catering Fume Emission Standards" reads: In order to implement the "Law of the People's Republic of China on the Prevention and Control of Air Pollution" and to prevent and control the pollution of the atmosphere and living environment by fumes from the catering industry, this standard is formulated. This standard specifies the maximum allowable emission concentration of fumes from catering establishments and the minimum removal efficiency of fume purification equipment. This standard is a trial standard, effective January 1, 2002.

The maximum allowable emission concentration of fumes from catering establishments and the minimum removal efficiency of fume purification facilities shall be implemented in accordance with the provisions of Table 2.
