Ltd. is a third-party testing organization specializing in consumer goods testing, environmental testing, public health testing, occupational health testing and evaluation, radiological health testing and evaluation, in order to maintain the independence and impartiality of the company's testing and evaluation work, to ensure the use of scientific methods, accurate and reliable test results and evaluation reports, the following statement

a. The company is impartial to any inspection (commissioned) units, the strict implementation of the contract signed with them and the relevant laws, regulations, testing standards, in the testing and evaluation activities consciously resist any improper commercial, financial or other aspects of pressure and influence that may affect its technical judgment, to maintain the independence of its business practices, impartiality and honesty, to ensure the quality of testing and evaluation services.

b. Conscientiously implement the Procedures for Ensuring the Competence, Impartiality and Integrity of Testing and Evaluation, sound our testing and evaluation service activities, avoid involvement in any activities that may reduce the credibility of its competence, impartiality, judgment or operational integrity, and resolutely maintain its credibility among customers.

c. All employees must comply with the relevant provisions of the above procedures, consciously exclude any adverse impact on the quality of work, from internal and external improper pressure and influence from all sides, in the spirit of science, honest testing, fair judgment, no falsification, to ensure the accuracy and reliability of the test results issued.

d. Testing and evaluation personnel shall not directly accept the testing and evaluation business, acceptance of testing and evaluation business personnel shall not participate in product quality testing and evaluation work; testing and evaluation personnel shall not participate in any testing and evaluation work with immediate family members, relatives, and those involved with their own interests; shall not participate and testing/evaluation projects or similar competitive projects related to product consulting, design, development production, supply, installation, use, maintenance or marketing activities.

e. All employees shall strictly perform their respective job duties, strictly abide by the confidentiality system, shall not disclose state secrets, commercial secrets and technical secrets (such as samples provided by customers, technical data information and testing data, etc.) known in the testing activities, shall not misappropriate or publish research results related to samples sent to customers for testing, and shall abide by the "Code of Conduct for Employees" and integrity and self-discipline measures.

The above statement shall be implemented from the date of publication and shall be subject to the supervision of customers and other relevant parties.
