Environmental acceptance of nuclear technology utilization project completion

1、Legal basis

According to the "Radioactive Pollution Prevention and Control Law of the People's Republic of China", "Regulations on the Safety and Protection of Radioisotopes and Radiation Devices", "Interim Measures for Acceptance of Environmental Protection on Completion of Construction Projects" and other relevant legal norms, the completion of environmental protection acceptance of radiation projects.

2, the purpose

(1) verify that the environmental protection facilities of the construction project and the main project to implement the "three simultaneous".

(2) verify that protective facilities and other auxiliary facilities meet the requirements of relevant standards.

(3) verify that radiation protection management meets the requirements of relevant regulations and standards.

(4) evaluate whether the construction project meets the completion requirements.

(5) to provide the basis for the supervision of the audit and management department.
